Assembly

Machining and fabrication are only parts of the equation when it comes to completing a project. Our team also has the ability to take various machined components and fabricated sections to produce finished orders ranging from small subassemblies all the way through completed machines.

We also provide a variety of services in-house that complement our metal capabilities such as electrical, guarding and hydraulics. We often collaborate by combining the custom machined parts and subassemblies produced in our shop with additional components that come from other vendors.

The Titletown Manufacturing facility features two 10-ton overhead bridge cranes to safely maneuver heavy loads and 10,000 square feet of space dedicated to assembly operations. Our ability to provide this level of assembly services is relatively rare among midsize machine shops, giving our customers a streamlined supply chain and simplified communication.
