OEMs depend on us to complete a variety of fabrication services up to a scale that typically is possible only in larger shops. We are able to provide exceptional attention to detail while leveraging some of our most advanced equipment for efficient and cost-effective results.

We are primarily a Mazak shop, with two of our most significant machines playing a key role in fabrication activities. The Mazak FJV-60/80 vertical machining center is ideal for working on larger parts that require extremely tight tolerances over long periods of operation.

The Kuraki CNC Boring Bar performs multi-axis machining while leveraging a 360-degree rotary table. Our team can work on parts as long as 200 inches, with up to 100 inches the sweet spot for high-precision pieces. This enables us to fabricate projects as diverse as machine frames, components, subassemblies and full machine assemblies.

Add in expert welding capabilities, machining of those weldments, and various intermediate steps such as Blanchard grinding, and you have the comprehensive expertise that sets us apart from other midsize metal fabrication shops.
